He is a former supervisor of detectives in the NYPD’s Technical Assistance Response Unit (TARU) and was a supervisor of the NYPD Counter Terrorism Division’s Lower Manhattan Security Initiative in the Financial District. He has taught seminars to federal agents and police officers from all over The United States.
